RES 2013-079City of South Lake Tahoe Resolution No. 201 -79 Resolution of the City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe authorizing a Budget Amendment Accepting $16,000 from the California Office of Emergency Services for 911 Telephone Upgrade for the Joint Dispatch Center. Resolved, by the City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe, that: Whereas, the Police Department adopts an annual budget by Resolution for expenditures and revenues; and Whereas, it is necessary to amend the department's budget; and Whereas, fund and cash balance are available in adequate amounts. Now, Therefore, It Is Hereby Determined and Ordered; that 1.
