Resolution Accepting $113,013.46 in STPUD Reimbursement Funding Pavement
Restoration
Resolved, by the City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe, that:
Whereas, the City of South Lake Tahoe has begun construction of the Pioneer Trail Pedestrian
Improvement Project; and
Whereas, the City of South Lake Tahoe is accepting South Tahoe Public Utility District
reimbursement funding for construction costs associated with restoration paving of the
District's water service connections; and
Whereas, the City of South Lake Tahoe adopts an annual budget by Resolution for expenditures
and revenues; and
Whereas, the City of South Lake Tahoe would like to amend its annual budget to include
$113,013.46 in construction reimbursement funding from the District.
Now, Therefore, It Is Hereby Determined and Ordered; that
The City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe accepts the $113,013.46 in utility paving
restoration reimbursement funds towards the Pioneer Trail Pedestrian Improvement
Project; and
2. The City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe hereby modifies the Annual Operating
and Capital Improvements Budget for Fiscal Year 2012/13 as follows:

301 50005 Revenue 33313 — STPUD Reimbursement ( +) $113,013.46
301 50005 Expenditures 48030 — Construction ( +) $113,013.46
