RES 2013-034CITY OF SOUTH LAKE TAHOE RESOLUTION NO. 2013 - ?4 RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING POSITIONS IMPACTED BY CHANGES IN FUNDING AS A RESULT OF FY 2012/2013 MIDYEAR BUDGET ADOPTION RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe, that: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe has, through the adoption of the budget and any related budget amendments for Fiscal Year 2012/2013, allocated positions in the various departments; and WHEREAS, adoption of this resolution establishes the following new position classifications as funded through the adoption of the fiscal year 2012/2013 budget and authorizes implementation of the following nine (9) position reclassification: Assistant Director of Public Works (one incumbent reclassified from CIP Manager, Administrative & Confidential, FLSA exempt); Streets Manager (one incumbent reclassified from Streets Supervisor, Administrative & Confidential Association, FLSA exempt); Stormwater Program Coordinator (one vacant funded position reclassified from Environmental Program Analyst, General & Public Works); Management Analyst — City Manager (one incumbent reclassified from Executive Assistant -City Manager, unrepresented, FLSA exempt); Recreation Manager (one incumbent reclassified from Recreation Program Coordinator, Administrative & Confidential Association, FLSA exempt); Parks Manager (one incumbent reclassified from Parks Supervisor, Administrative & Confidential Association, FLSA exempt); Parks & Recreation Secretary (one incumbent reclassified from Sr. Recreation Receptionist, General & Public Works); Associate Management Analyst (one incumbent reclassified from Grants Coordinator, Administrative & Confidential, FLSA exempt): Principal Accountant (one incumbent reclassified from Accountant, Administrative & Confidential, FLSA exempt); Financial Services Manager (two incumbents reclassified from Accountant Managers, Administrative & Confidential, FLSA exempt); CSO Manager (one incumbent reclassified from Principal Community Services Officer, Police Supervisors, FLSA nonexempt) WHEREAS, adoption of this resolution establishes the following three (3) new classifications as funded through the adoption of the fiscal year 2012/2013 budget and authorizes initiation of the recruitment process: Code Enforcement Supervisor (one position, Police Supervisors) Parking Enforcement Supervisor (one position, Police Supervisors) Parking Enforcement Officer (three part time positions, Police Employees) WHEREAS, the salary tables for the above classifications are shown in Exhibit A. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that: Action be taken to implement the above changes.
